I offer personalized coaching for cyclists that combines real-world experience with science-based training principles. I offer in-person coaching services for clients in Monterey County (Northern CA) as well as remote coaching services for clients nationwide. 

I also offer event support and consultancy services for the cycling and outdoor industry,  including cycling equipment, apparel and accessory reviews set against the scenic backdrop of Coastal California, with convenient access to the Sea Otter Classic (the largest cycling expo in North America).
